The mission of the Coalition of Vancouver Neighbourhoods is to restore and strengthen the primary role of neighbourhood-based planning in shaping land use and development in the City of Vancouver. Neighbourhood-based planning founded on meaningful community involvement in decision making is essential to Vancouver’s future as a livable city of neighbourhoods.
